【摘要】 提高少数民族大学生的学习参与水平是推动我国民族高等教育实现内涵式发展的重要环节。以7所在京高校的500多名少数民族本科生为研究对象，利用问卷调查和小组访谈的方式获取该群体的学习参与数据，以因子分析和多元回归的方法探究少数民族大学生的学习参与现状及其主要影响因素。研究发现，内地高校少数民族大学生具有比较高的学习动机和合作学习水平，在自主探究和师生对话两个维度上有待改善；少数民族大学生的性别、专业领域、母亲受教育程度等学生个体因素以及校园文化、社团活动、教学风格和课程挑战度等校园环境因素显著影响少数民族大学生的学习参与程度。研究还探讨了少数民族大学生学习参与的认知冲突和高校学术咨询制度的失效原因。更多还原

【Abstract】 Improving the learning and participation level of ethnic minority college students is an important component to promote Chinese higher education to return to the rules of universities and realize the connotative development. This research adopts questionnaire survey and group interviews with over 500 ethnic undergraduates from seven universities in Beijing before making analysis of the current situation and its main influencing factors by means of factor analysis and method of multiple regression. The study found that ethnic college students in hinterland universities have relatively high learning motivation and cooperative learning level, while require enhancement in the two dimensions of independent exploration and teacher-student communications. Factors of individual ethnic college students such as gender, professional field, and maternal education level, as well as campus environment factors such as campus culture, community activities, teaching style and curriculum challenges, can significantly affect the learning participation degree of ethnic college students. The study also discusses the cognitive conflict of ethnic college students and the failure of the academic consultation system in universities.更多还原
