【Abstract】 The high-quality development of education requires continuous innovation in the way of teacher training and construction of high-quality and professional teachers. Under the condition of peer coaching, the practice training mode of "heterogeneous in the same class" has the characteristics: simulative role, interweaving of vertical and horizontal comparisons, equality and homogeneity between cooperative members and reflection of the training process, etc. This mode enables normal university students to realize themselves in communication and action, which is the practical need of normal university students’ practical training.
