机械设计课程设计中基于Inventor和ABAQUS的齿轮有限元分析

【摘要】 在机械设计基础课程设计中,将有限元方法引入设计过程,以Inventor为设计工具,进行二级减速器配对斜齿轮的特征建模,并分别使用Inventor和ABAQUS的有限元分析功能进行配对齿轮的强度校核。结果显示,两种软件计算得到的应力云图分布一致,数值接近。

【Abstract】 In the course design of Mechanical Design Basis, finite element method is introduced into design process. Using Inventor as the design tool, the feature modeling of the paired helical gear of the second stage reducer was carried out, and the strength of the paired gear was checked by the finite element analysis function of Inventor and ABAQUS respectively.The results show that the stress distribution of cloud images calculated by the two softwares are consistent and the values are close.
