【摘要】 当前工科大学生存在着解决复杂工程问题能力较弱、创新实践能力不足等问题，高校要以学生为中心、以提高创新实践能力为导向持续改善培养机制。中国矿业大学采矿工程专业采用OBE理念开展教学实践，围绕科学研究素养、自我学习本领、个人意志品格、求知探索精神、组织领导能力、国际交流能力六个着力点提升大学生创新实践能力，从学生、学校、企业三个层面构建了工科大学生创新实践能力一体化培养机制，有效地提升了人才培养质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present, engineering students have some problems, such as weak ability to solve complex engineering problems and insufficient ability to innovate and practice. Universities should continuously improve the training mechanism with students as the center and innovation and practice ability as the guidance. The mining engineering major of China University of Mining and Technology adopts OBE concept to carry out teaching practice, which focuses on six key points: scientific research accomplishment, self-learning ability, personal will and character, spirit of seeking knowledge and exploration, organizational leadership, and international communication ability. The integrated training mechanism of innovation and practice ability of engineering college students has been established from the three levels of students, schools and enterprises, effectively improving the quality of talent training.更多还原
