【摘要】 当前高校实验室安全管理存在着信息沟通融合不够、对安全重要性的站位不够高、社会化开放度不断提高等压力与挑战。高校的安全管理要实现从“管”到“治”、多元主体共同参与治理的新局面，必须提高治理的效能和扫除传统安全管理制度的盲点。包括基本信息管理模块、准入模块、风险评估模块、定期安全检查模块、安全应急处置模块和实验室系统运营模块等六个模块在内的高校实验室安全治理信息系统，涵盖了实验室安全治理的全过程，强化了对实验室安全治理过程的监管与协调。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present, there are some pressures and challenges in laboratory safety management in universities, such as insufficient information communication and integration, not high enough position for safety importance, and continuous improvement of socialization openness. In order to realize the new situation from "management" to "governance" and multiple subjects to participate in governance, the efficiency of governance must be improved and the blind spot of traditional safety management system must be eliminated.
