【摘要】 面部皱纹是现代整形美容科常见的临床疾病，中西医治疗面部皱纹各具特色，但当前尚无面部皱纹相关的中医病名及辨证与之对应，这为中西医结合治疗面部皱纹带来了一定的困扰。为方便临床工作，笔者求索文献及古籍，在遵循中医美容学疾病命名规律的前提下，结合面部皱纹的临床特点及临床经验，认为面部皱纹中医病名应为“面焦”，并探析古籍将其中医证型初步辨为“阳明脉衰”与“三阳脉衰”两证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Facial wrinkles are common clinical diseases in modern plastic surgery and cosmetology,and there are different characteristics in the treatment of facial wrinkles with traditional Chinese and western medicine,but there is no corresponding disease name and syndrome differentiation related to facial wrinkles at present,which brings some trouble to the treatment of facial wrinkles with the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine.In order to facilitate the clinical work,the author seeks the literature and ancient books.On the premise of following the naming law of cosmetic diseases in traditional Chinese medicine,and combining with the clinical characteristics and clinical experience of facial wrinkles,the author thinks that the TCM disease name of facial wrinkles should be "facial Jiao ".And explore the essence of ancient books to distinguish its TCM syndrome type into "Yangming pulse failure" and "Sanyang pulse failure".更多还原
