【摘要】 目的：探究眉下切口提眉术联合重睑成形术用于中老年上睑松弛整形中的价值。方法：选择2018年1月-2021年1月笔者医院收治的78例上睑松弛的中老年患者为研究对象，使用随机数表法将其分为观察组(39例)和对照组(39例)。对照组行眉下切口提眉术，观察组行眉下切口提眉术联合重睑成形术。比较两组切除皮肤量、上睑皮肤松弛改善情况、不同时点眉部高度、术后美容效果满意度、并发症发生情况。结果：两组上睑皮肤切除宽度LC、MC、MP无明显差异(P>0.05)；术后3、6个月，与对照组相比，观察组MRD、MCMFD、MPMFD、LCMFD明显较高(P<0.05)；与术前相比，术后3、6个月观察组LCBH有所提高，对照组LCBH、MPBH、MCBH有所降低(P<0.05)；术后3、6个月，与对照组相比，观察组LCBH、MPBH、MCBH较高(P<0.05)；与对照组相比，观察组美容效果满意度较高(P<0.05)。两组术后并发症发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论：中老年上睑松弛患者行眉下切口提眉术联合重睑成形术有利于切除上睑松弛皮肤、提高上睑皮肤松弛矫正的稳定性、稳定眉部高度，提高患者对美容效果的满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of eyebrow raising combined with blepharoplasty for upper eyelid ptoplasty in middle-aged and elderly.Methods A total of 78 middle-aged and elderly patients with upper eyelid drooping were selected as the study subjects from January 2018 to January 2021.They were divided into observation group (39 cases) and control group (39 cases) by random number table method.The control group received eyebrow raising with subeyebrow incision,and the observation group received eyebrow raising with subeyebrow incision combined with blepharoplasty.The amount of excision of the skin,the improvement of skin laxity in the upper eyelids,the height of the eyebrows at different times,the satisfaction of the postoperative cosmetic effect,and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in skin width LC,MC and MP between the two groups (P>0.05).At 3 and 6 months after operation,MRD,MCMFD,MPMFD and LCMFD in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Compared with before operation,LCBH in observation group increased 3 and 6 months after operation,while LCBH,MPBH and MCBH in control group decreased(P<0.05).LCBH,MPBH and MCBH in observation group were higher than those in control group at 3 and 6 months after operation(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher satisfaction with beauty effect(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in postoperative complication rate between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion In middle-aged and elderly patients with sagging upper eyelid,eyebrow raising combined with blepharoplasty with subeyebrow incision is beneficial to the removal of flabby skin of upper eyelid,improve the stability of the correction of flabby skin of upper eyelid and stabilize the height of eyebrow,and improve the satisfaction of the cosmetic effect of patients.更多还原
