【摘要】 目的 探讨儿童原发性输尿管息肉的诊断及腹腔镜治疗输尿管息肉的手术要点和随访结果。方法 总结保定市儿童医院院2016年6月-2021年6月收治的23例最终诊断为输尿管息肉的患儿资料，对其性别、年龄、临床表现、术前检查及诊断要点、手术方法选择及术后随诊情况进行分析总结。结果 23例患儿中男性22例，女性1例；21例为左侧，2例双侧；年龄4岁6个月～15岁，中位年龄10岁。术前表现为脐周或腰背痛，部分伴有呕吐、血尿。术前检查主要为超声及静脉肾盂造影，所有患儿均行腹腹腔镜息肉段输尿管切除、肾盂输尿管吻合术或输尿管端端吻合术。术后3～6个月复查超声，随诊时间3个月～4年6个月，未见息肉复发，腰腹痛及血尿症状消失。结论 儿童输尿管息肉多见于学龄期男童，超声和静脉肾盂造影是有效检查手段。腹腔镜下病变段输尿管切除、肾盂输尿管或输尿管端端吻合术可取得良好效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the diagnosis of ureteral polyp in children, the operative points and long-term follow-up results of laparoscopic treatment of ureteral polyp.Methods The medical records of 23 children with ureteral polyp treated during Jun. 2016 and Jun. 2021 were retrospectively analyzed, including gender, age, clinical manifestations, preoperative examinations and diagnosis, selection of surgical methods, and follow-up results.Results Among the 23 children, 22 were male and 1 was female; ureteral polyp was identified in the left side in 21 cases, and was bilateral in 2 cases.The patients aged 4 to 15 years, with a median of 10 years.Preoperative presentation was periumbilical or low back pain, accompanied with vomiting and hematuria.The preoperative examinations were mainly ultrasound and intravenous pyelography.All children underwent abdominal laparoscopic polyp ureterectomy, and pyeloureteral anasto-mosis or end-to-end ureteral anastomosis.Ultrasonography was repeated 3-6 months after operation.During the 3 to 48 months follow-up, no recurrence of polyps was found, and the symptoms of lumbar abdominal pain and hematuria disappeared.Conclusion Ureteral polyp in children is more common in school-age boys.Ultrasound and intravenous pyelography are effective examination methods.Laparoscopic ureterectomy, pyeloureter or end-to-end ureteral anastomosis can achieve good results.更多还原
