【摘要】 目的 总结分析尿道口前移-阴茎头成形术（MAGPI）和尿道板纵切卷管尿道成形术（TIP）治疗阴茎远端型尿道下裂的经验体会。方法 比较2013年7月-2018年7月我院小儿外科112例应用MAGPI术、78例应用TIP术治疗阴茎远端型尿道下裂患儿的手术效果。结果 应用MAGPI术的112例患者中龟头裂开3例，尿道外口轻度回缩2例，阴体远端仍残留有轻度阴茎下弯1例，需再次手术为4例，成功率为94.6%；应用TIP术的78例中龟头裂开8例，尿道外口轻度回缩3例，阴体远端仍残留有轻度阴茎下弯4例，需再次手术为12例，成功率为80.8%。两种术式成功率比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论MAGPI术是治疗远端型尿道下裂的首选方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the experience of meatal advancement and glanuloplasty incorporated procedure(MAGPI)and tubalarized incised plateurethroplasty(TIP)in the treatment of distal hypospadias.Methods The surgical efficacies of MAGPI in 112 cases and TIP in 78 cases of distal hypospadias during Jul.2013 and Jul.2018 were compared.Results Of the 112 cases treated with MAGPI,3 had glans cleft,2 had slight retraction of external orifice of urethra,1 had residual mild inferior curvature of penis at the distal end,and4 needed reoperation.The success rate was 94.6%.Among the 78 cases treated with TIP,10 had glans rupture,3 had external orifice of urethra retraction,4 had mild inferior curvature of penis,and12 needed reoperation.The success rate was 80.8%.There was significant difference in the success rate between the two methods(P<0.05).Conclusion MAGPI is the first choice for the treatment of distal hypospadias.更多还原
