高压开关柜无线温度监测与热故障预警技术

【摘要】 针对高压开关柜内部母线和动静触头之间因老化或接触不良等原因引起温度过高等问题,设计一种基于ZigBee和BP神经网络技术的无线温湿度监测与热故障诊断系统,由ZigBee温度采集终端、路由器、协调器和上位机监测诊断系统4个部分组成。建立了基于BP神经网络的温度预测模型,综合考虑了环境温度以及负荷电流变换的影响,实现热故障准确预警。现场试验结果表明,该系统能够实时监测高压开关柜的温度信息,准确预测热故障发展的趋势,具有一定的参考价值。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the problems of high temperature caused by aging or poor contact between the bus and the dynamic and static contacts in the high-voltage switchgear, a wireless temperature and humidity monitoring and thermal fault diagnosis system based on ZigBee and BP neural network technology is designed, which is composed of ZigBee temperature acquisition terminal, router, coordinator and host computer monitoring and diagnosis system. A temperature prediction model based on BP neural network is established, which comprehensively considers the influence of ambient temperature and load current transformation, and realizes the accurate early warning of thermal fault. The simulation and experimental results show that it can monitor the temperature information of high-voltage switchgear in real time and accurately predict the development trend of thermal fault, which has a certain reference value.
