“双高”视阈下OBE-CDIO在机电一体化专业创新人才培养路径的探究与实践
Exploration and Practice of Innovative Talent Cultivation Path of OBE-CDIO in Electromechanical Integration Major
【摘要】 重庆工程职业技术学院“机电一体化”双高专业群以成果为导向,以项目为引导,构建了知识、能力、素质培养一体化的教学体系,教学设计主要依据职业岗位群,围绕“教学做一体化”、“理实一体化教学”、“三位一体化教学”,通过行动领域、学习领域、学习情景主要解决传统教学师生互动少、学生兴趣度不高、教学效果不好等教学问题,将抽象理论转换为具体实物项目,帮助学生更快速准确地把握知识的重难点,切实提高学生发现问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力,多维度提高学生的动手学习能力、团队合作能力、专业粘合度,有利于进一步实现教学的社会功能,提高职业院校的人才培养质量。
【Abstract】 Chongqing engineering professional technology institute "mechatronics" combination results oriented professional group, project as guidance, building the integration of knowledge,ability and quality of teaching system, teaching design is mainly on the basis of the professional group, around the "integration of teaching to do", "Richard real integration teaching", "integrated teaching", Through actions, learning, learning situation, mainly to solve the traditional teaching less interaction between teachers and students, student interest degree is not high, the teaching effect is not good teaching problems, such as, the abstract theory into a specific physical project,help students more rapidly and accurately grasp the difficult point of knowledge, and improve students find problems, the ability to analyze and solve problems, It is beneficial to realize the social function of teaching and improve the quality of talent cultivation in vocational colleges by improving students’ hands-on learning ability, teamwork ability and specialty adhesion.
