翘板式摩托车胎活络模具设计
Design of warped segment mould for motorcycle tire
【摘要】 介绍了翘板式摩托车胎活络模具结构,对模具开模与翘板式开模机构运动进行分析,利用花纹块径向驱动杆代替导向条完成径向开模动作,避免了开模时出现的卡模现象,并且采用翘板式开模机构解决了传统活络模具开模时破坏轮胎钢丝帘布的问题,该模具具有稳定性高、使用寿命长的特点。
【Abstract】 The structure of warped segment mould for motorcycle tire was introduced, the opening process of the mould and the movement of the warped opening mechanism were analyzed. The radial drive rod with the pattern block was used to replace the guide bar to complete the radial opening action, so as to avoid the clamping when the mould opening, and a warped opening mechanism was adopted to solve the problem of destroying tire steel cord ply at the opening process of traditional segment mould. It had high stability and long service life.
