【摘要】 为应对新形势挑战，振兴中国制造，教育部在应用型人才培养模式的基础上，强调新工科建设，加强“三创”教育与专业培养的融合。新培养目标要求下，在工科类专业开展企业管理（双语）课程可以较好培养出既懂技术又懂管理的新型工科人才。文章提出了进行优化教学内容、个性化课程设计，采用以学为中心式教学模式，增设沙盘模拟游戏实践课，延伸管理软件工具介绍的改革措施。通过改革实践，提高了学生学习的积极性，达到教学改革目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to cope with the new challenges and revitalize the made in China,the Ministry of Education emphasizes the construction of new engineering,and strengthens the integration of innovation education and professional training on the basis of the training mode of applied talents. Under the requirements of the new training objectives,the enterprise management(bilingual)courses in engineering majors can better cultivate new engineering talents who understand both technology and management. This paper put forward to optimize the teaching content,personalized curriculum design,use of teaching mode of learning centered,add sand table simulation practice class,extension management software tools to introduce reforms.
