【摘要】 文章探讨了全自动双仓式和毛系统在精梳毛条制造中的应用。围绕高品质精梳毛条的生产要求，基于改进和毛车间环境、提高混料洁净度与均匀度、降低操作工劳动强度的技术目标，介绍了和梳联合、高效除杂、封闭集尘、均匀加油与均匀混合的设备建设方案，同时分析了双仓交替和毛配以回旋式加油的设备功能与工艺优化思路，提出了加油与混合的关键性技术。应用全自动双仓式和毛系统可提高铺层均匀性，节省生产空间，改善空气清洁度，同时省去了和毛仓内对原料的人工截取与喂料过程，也省去了梳毛工序的人工喂料过程，可为精梳毛条制造中和毛加油技术的改造提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The application of automatic double bin mixing system for wool top making was discussed. In order to improve the environment of workshop, increase the cleanliness and evenness of blending, and reduce the intensity of labor, the designed scheme of equipment on the combination process of mixing and carding, efficient removal of impurities, sealed dust collection, oiling evenly and mixing evenly was introduced according to the production requirement of high-quality combed top. Meanwhile, the methods of function improvement and process optimization on double bin alternately blending wool equipment with rotary oiling were analyzed. The key techniques of oiling and mixing were proposed. It is found that the application of automatic double bin mixing system improves laying evenly, saves the working space, improves air cleanliness, reduces the process of manual interception and feeding in mixing bin, and reduces the manual feeding for carding process. It provides reference for the reformation of combing top manufacture and wool oiling technology.更多还原
