高铁含量型CaO-FeO-ZnO-SiO2炉渣黏度研究
Viscosity of CaO-FeO-ZnO-SiO2 System Slag with High Iron Oxide Content
【摘要】 炉渣黏度对铅基固废熔炼过程的顺利进行具有重要影响,而炉渣黏度与炉渣结构存在内在联系。以CaO-FeO-ZnO-SiO2四元系合成渣为研究对象,采用熔体物性综合测定仪测定合成渣的黏度,在FeO/SiO2=1.5~2.4、CaO/SiO2=0.3~0.7、ZnO=5%~15%范围内探讨了炉渣黏度随温度组成变化的关系。结果表明,所研究的炉渣均为典型的碱性炉渣,其黏度曲线具有明显的熔化性温度。当CaO、FeO和ZnO的含量过高,造成SiO2小于24%时,黏度曲线的熔化性温度明显增大。适宜的炉渣组成为ZnO 11%、FeO/SiO2=1.8、CaO/SiO2=0.5。
【Abstract】 Suitable slag viscosity is vital for smooth operation of smelting lead-containing solid wastes, and the slag viscosity is intrinsically related to slag structure.Viscosities of synthetic slags were investigated for FeO-SiO2-CaO-ZnO system with a range of FeO/SiO2=1.5-2.4,CaO/SiO2=0.3-0.7,and ZnO=5%-15%.The experiment results show that all tested slags exhibit the property of basic type slag characterized by clear fusion temperature in the viscosity curves.Too much of CaO,FeO,and ZnO in slag would depress SiO2 content down below 24%,which cause a notable increasement of the slag fusion temperature.The proper slag composition is determined as ZnO 11%,FeO/SiO2=1.8,and CaO/SiO2=0.5.
