【摘要】 回顾性分析我院2012年1月至2018年12月收治的110例神经梅毒患者的临床资料。其中，男71例，女39例，年龄21～74岁。自述有梅毒接触史或冶游史66例。临床分型：无症状神经梅毒65例；脑脊膜炎型27例，其中眼部症状19例、听力障碍4例、脊膜炎型4例；脑膜血管型8例，其中1例脑梗伴癫痫发作，1例脑梗同时视力下降；麻痹性痴呆8例；脊髓痨2例。更多还原

【Abstract】 The clinical data of 110 neurosyphilis patients treated in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2018 were analyzed retrospectively. Of 110 patients with neurosyphilis, 71 were males and 39 were females, the age ranged from 21 to 74 years old. 66 patients had syphilis exposure history or had sex with high-risk group. Sixty five patients were asymptomatic neurosyphilis, 27 were meningitis type, including 19 cases of ocular symptoms, 4 cases of hearing impairment and 4 cases of meningitis type. 8 patients were meningeal vascular type, of them, one case had cerebral infarction with epilepsy, and one case had decreased visual acuity. 8 cases manifested as paralytic dementia.
