【摘要】 对华西医院16例甲习惯性刺激变形患者的临床资料进行回顾分析。16例患者中,男10例,女6例,发病年龄4～31岁,平均(15.56±10.03)岁。病甲共计38个,其中拇指指甲30个、环指指甲4个、示指及中指指甲各2个。所有患者均为双侧对称累及,绝大多数为拇指指甲。主要甲体征为甲板中央凹陷及多条平行横纹。更多还原

【Abstract】 The clinical data of 16 cases of habit tic deformity in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Of 16 patients, 10 were males and 6 were females. The onset age of patients ranged from 4 to 31 years old, with average of 15.56±10.03 years old. There were a total of 38 nails were involved, including 30 thumbnails, 4 ring finger nails, 2 index finger nails and 2 middle finger nails. These involved nails were symmetrically distributed in each patient. Most of them are thumbnails. The characteristic nail changes included concavity and parallel transverse ridging of nails.更多还原
