【Abstract】 A 62-year-old female presented with a mass on her right shoulder for more than 1 year. Surgical resection of the tumor was performed, and the pathological diagnosis was granulosa cell tumor. The modified rhomboid skin flap was designed to repair the wound surface after resection.
