【摘要】 目的 观察三甲复脉汤治疗老年单纯收缩期高血压(ISH)的临床疗效。方法 选取来院就诊的ISH老年患者80例，按照完全随机原则分为对照组与观察组。对照组予以西药常规降压治疗，苯磺酸氨氯地平每日5mg/次，观察组在西医治疗的基础上以三甲复脉汤加减治疗。观察治疗前后患者血压变化及症状改善情况，并进行统计学分析。结果 治疗后对照组收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、脉压差(PP)均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组SBP,PP明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),而DBP则无明显变化(P>0.05)。组间比较，治疗后两组患者DBP,PP差异明显(P<0.05);观察组因高血压引起的不适症状改善有效率高于对照组。结论 三甲复脉汤联合降压药(苯磺酸氨氯地平)能有效改善老年ISH患者临床症状，取得较为理想的降压效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Sanjia Fumai Decoction in treating elderly patients with isolated systolic hypertension.Methods From September 2020 to September 2021,80 cases of elderly patients with simple systolic hypertension who visited the hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of randomization.The control group was given conventional antihypertensive treatment of Western medicine, Amlodipine Besylate 5 mg each time, once a day, and the observation group was treated with Sanjia Fumai Decoction on the basis of western medicine treatment.The changes of blood pressure and improvement of symptoms before and after treatment were taken as the main therapeutic indicators and statistically analyzed.Results After treatment, systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP) and pulse pressure difference(PP) in control group were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment, SBP and PP in treatment group were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),while DBP had no significant change(P>0.05).There were significant differences in DBP and PP between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).For the uncomfortable symptoms caused by hypertension, the effective rate of each symptom in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group.Conclusion Sanjia Fumai Decoction combined with antihypertensive drugs(Amlodipine Besylate) can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of elderly patients with simple systolic hypertension and achieve ideal antihypertensive effect.更多还原
