【摘要】 目的 观察2种不同的填塞材料在内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术(EES-DCR)中应用的效果。方法 回顾性分析2018年1月至2019年9月收治入院的慢性泪囊炎并行EES-DCR患者，按术中鼻腔填塞物不同分为A组(纳吸棉组)和B组(明胶海绵组)，术后随访12个月，比较两组患者手术成功率并分析手术失败原因。结果 本研究最终共有60例患者，其中A组32例，B组28例。术后12个月随访时，A组手术成功率96.9%(31/32)高于B组78.6%(22/28)，χ~2=4.855,P=0.028。A组有1例因瘢痕组织增生、B组有3例因局部粘连、2例因肉芽组织增生和1例因瘢痕组织引起吻合口阻塞或闭锁导致手术失败。结论 EES-DCR联合纳吸棉填塞优于联合明胶海绵填塞，可提高EES-DCR手术成功率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of two different packing materials in endonasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy (EES-DCR).Methods This study was a retrospective analysis study.patients with chronic dacryocystitis were enrolled and underwent EES-DCR from January 2018 to September 2019.Patients were divided into group A(Nasopore group) and group B (gelatin sponge group) according to the intra-operative nasal packing,and followed up for at least 12 months.The success rate of the two groups of patients were compared.Thereasons of failure were analyzed.Results Our study enrolled 60 patients,including 32 patients in the group A and 28 patients in the group B.At the 12-month follow-up,The surgical success rate reached 96.9%(31/32) in the group A compared 78.6%(22/28)in the group B (χ~2=4.855,P=0.028).In group A,1 patient failed because of scar tissue hyperplasia;In group B,3patients failed because of local adhesion,2 patients because of granulation tissue hyperplasia and and 1 patient because of scar tissue hyperplasia.Conclusions EES-DCR combined with nasopore is better than combined gelatin sponge,which can improve the success rate of EES-DCR surgery.更多还原
