【Abstract】 Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is a disease closely related to insulin resistance and genetic susceptibility, often manifested as an abnormal lipid or glycemic profile and increased weight.Therefore, statins are often required.However, patients with NAFLD often have elevated liver enzymes, which makes it difficult to use statins.At present, there is no consensus on the efficacy and safety of statins used in patients with NAFLD.This article reviews the related researches to provide basis for rational use of statins in patients with NAFLD.更多还原
