【摘要】 COVID-19肺炎是一种新发传染性疾病,飞沫传播及密切接触是其主要传播途径,人群普遍易感,有基础疾病的老年患者病情更加严重,糖尿病、高血压及冠心病是最常见的合并症,重症患者主要表现为严重的低氧血症及呼吸窘迫,呼吸支持治疗是其主要治疗手段。目前临床上对其认识仍然不够,尤其合并呼吸衰竭的重症患者,缺乏其临床特征及预后的资料。本文对21例COVID-19肺炎合并呼吸衰竭的重症成年患者的临床特征、治疗及短期预后进行总结分析,以期为后续重症患者的抢救提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 COVID-19 pneumonia is an emerging infectious disease.Droplet transmission and close contact are the main ways of transmission, and the population is generally susceptible to it.Elderly patients with underlying diseases are in more serious condition.Diabetes, hypertension and coronary heart disease are the most common complications.Severe patients mainly present with severe hypoxemia and respiratory distress, and respiratory support therapy is the main treatment.At present, the clinical understanding of the disease is still insufficient, especially for the severe patients with respiratory failure, there is still a lack in clinical characteristics and prognosis data.The clinical characteristics, treatment and short-term prognosis of 21 severe adult patients with COVID-19 pneumonia complicated with respiratory failure were summarized and analyzed in this paper, in order to provide reference for subsequent rescue of severe patients.更多还原
