再生SBS改性沥青疲劳特性研究

【摘要】 针对再生苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)改性沥青疲劳特性恢复程度的问题,采用动态剪切流变仪(DSR),对老化SBS改性沥青、新SBS改性沥青和再生SBS改性沥青进行了重复加载试验。以Nf50、衰减百分率D分析了新SBS改性沥青针入度等级、旧SBS改性沥青掺量和老化程度对再生SBS改性沥青疲劳寿命的影响,并进行了相关性分析。试验结果表明:与新SBS改性沥青针入度等级、旧SBS改性沥青老化程度相比,旧SBS改性沥青掺量是影响再生SBS改性沥青疲劳寿命的显著性因素。在旧SBS改性沥青掺量达到35%及以上时,再生SBS改性沥青的疲劳寿命恢复效果较差。再生SBS改性沥青疲劳寿命与沥青的弹性恢复关联性最强,其次是软化点。而沥青针入度、延度与疲劳性能的关联性较弱,推荐将弹性恢复指标作为筛选SBS改性新沥青以及评价再生SBS改性沥青疲劳性能的辨识性指标。添加再生剂对疲劳性能改善的作用较小,建议再生改性疲劳性能恢复采取补充SBS改性剂等措施。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the problem of styrene-butadiene-styrene( SBS) modified asphalt regeneration on the recovery of fatigue characteristics,the aging SBS modified asphalt,new SBS modified asphalt and regenerated SBS modified asphalt were subjected to repeated loading tests by dynamic shear rheometer. The effects of new modified asphalt penetration grade,old SBS asphalt content and aging degree on the fatigue life of recycled SBS modified asphalt were analyzed with Nf50 and decay percentage D. The correlation analysis was carried out.The test results show that the content of old SBS asphalt is a significant factor affecting the fatigue life of recycled SBS modified asphalt,compared with the penetration grade of new SBS asphalt and the aging degree of old SBS asphalt. When the content reaches 35% or above,the fatigue life recovery effect of recycled SBS asphalt is poor. The fatigue life of the recycled SBS modified asphalt has the strongest correlation with the elastic recovery of the asphalt,followed by the softening point. However,the penetration degree and ductility of asphalt have a weak correlation with fatigue performance. So the elastic recovery index is recommended as the identification index for screening new SBS asphalt and evaluating the fatigue performance of regenerated SBS modified asphalt. The addition of regenerative agents has little effect on the improvement of fatigue properties. It is suggested that the regenerative modified fatigue property should be restored by supplementing SBS modifier.
