5个授粉组合对秋月梨果实品质的影响
Effects of five pollination combinations on fruit quality of Akizuki pear
【摘要】 用丰水、苏翠1号、中梨一号、黄冠、南水5个梨品种的花粉对秋月梨进行人工授粉,研究不同品种授粉对秋月梨果实品质的影响。结果表明,不同授粉品种对秋月梨果实单果重、梗洼深度及广度、萼洼深度及广度,果实硬度、可溶性固形物含量、总酸含量、固酸比影响显著。综合分析5个授粉品种,以中梨一号作为授粉品种,秋月梨果实外观和内在品质最佳。
【Abstract】 Pollens of Hosui, Sucui No. 1, Zhongli No. 1, Huangguan and Nansui pear were artificially pollinated to study the effect of different pollinating varieties on the fruit quality of Akizuki pear. The results showed that different pollinating varieties had significant effects on Akizuki pear single fruit weight, stalk cavity depth and breadth, calyx depression depth and breadth, fruit hardness, soluble solid content, total acid content and solid acid ratio. According to comprehensive analysis, the Zhongli No. 1 pollinated Akizuki pear fruit has the best appearance and inner quality.
