【摘要】 习近平总书记提出的“绿水青山就是金山银山”的科学论断，是今天中国社会走生态优先、人与自然和谐共生道路的重要思想指南。特别在促进解决当今社会发展中的生态需求与生态供给之间的不平衡矛盾方面，“两山”论断为路径选择给出了基本方向。林业产业如何践行、体现两山理念，需要在思维层面，准确把握“两山”论断的科学实质，重构林业发展中自然与人、生态与经济社会、生态保护与产业促进等方面的关系；在实践操作层面，建立科学有效可操作的生态产品价值实现机制，畅通绿水青山与金山银山自由互转的通道，将“木头/生态”非此即彼的对立关系，转变为“生态-经济”耦合发展关系，从而实现“既要绿水青山，也要金山银山”。更多还原

【Abstract】 General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the scientific judgment that " Clear waters and green mountains are as good as mountains of gold and silver",which is an important ideological guide for today’s China society to take the path of ecological priority and harmonious coexistence between man and nature.Especially in promoting the solution of the imbalance between ecological demand and ecological supply in today’s social development,“Two Mountains Theory” provides a basic direction for the path selection.In order to practice and embody the concept of “Two Mountains Theory” in forestry industry,we believe that,at the thinking level,it’s necessary to reconstruct the relationship between nature and human,between ecology and economic society,between forest ecological protection and forestry industry development;at the practice level,to establish a scientific and effective operational mechanism of ecological product value realization in which ecological capital and economic capital can be transformed into each other.Through change the "wood or ecological" into "ecological and economic",we may achieve both ecological and economic growth.更多还原
