【摘要】 目的 探讨普瑞巴林胶囊联合地氯雷他定片口服治疗老年皮肤瘙痒症的效果，为治疗该病提供方法。方法选择2021年10月—2022年3月于复旦大学附属华山医院门诊治疗的老年皮肤瘙痒症患者60例，按数字表法随机分成试验组（n=30）和对照组（n=30）。对照组单用地氯雷他定片治疗，试验组使用普瑞巴林胶囊联合地氯雷他定片治疗，2组患者均同时外涂保湿霜。治疗4周后，观察并比较2组疗效；比较2组治疗前后视觉模拟（VAS）评分、改良Duo氏瘙痒评分、睡眠质量指数（PSQI）评分以及不良反应发生率。结果 试验组临床总有效率明显高于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗后，2组VAS评分、改良Duo氏瘙痒评分和PSQI评分均明显低于同组治疗前（P<0.05），而试验组VAS评分、改良Duo氏瘙痒评分和PSQI评分均显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 普瑞巴林胶囊联合地氯雷他定片治疗老年患者皮肤瘙痒症的疗效良好，可有效缓解瘙痒症状，提高患者睡眠质量，具有一定的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of pregabalin capsule combined with desloratadine tablet in the treatment of skin pruritus in elderly patients,and provide a method for the treatment of the disease. Methods 60elderly patients with skin pruritus who received outpatient treatment in Huashan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University from October2021to March2022were selected and randomly divided into experimental group(n= 30)and control group(n= 30)according to the numerical table method. The control group was treated with desloratadine tablet alone,and the experimental group was treated with pregabalin capsules combined with desloratadine tablet. At the same time,both groups of patients applied moisturizing cream externally. After4weeks of treatment,the curative effect and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups;the visual analog(VAS)score,modified Duo’s pruritus score,and sleep quality index(PSQI)score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The clinical total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P< 0.05). After treatment,the VAS score,modified Duo’s pruritus score and PSQI score of the two groups were significantly lower than those of the same group before treatment(P< 0.05),while the VAS score,modified Duo’s pruritus score and PSQI score of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P< 0.05). Conclusion Pregabalin capsule combined with desloratadinetablet has a good effect in the treatment of skin pruritus in elderly patients. It can effectively alleviate the pruritus symptoms and improve the sleep quality of patients. It has certain clinical application value.更多还原
