【摘要】 为研究爵床木脂素成分芳基萘内酯型，采用溶剂提取法、正相硅胶色谱柱、半制备高效液相色谱等多种色谱技术对爵床乙醇提取物进行了分离纯化，得到4个木脂素，根据化合物的波谱数据鉴定了它们的结构，其结构分别鉴定为6′-羟基爵床脂素B (1)、爵床脂素B (2)、爵床脂素A (3)、爵床脂素C (4)。其中化合物1～3为1-苯代-2,3-萘内酯型，化合物4为4-苯代-2,3-萘内酯型。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the aryl naphthalone type of lignans in Justicia Procumben L., the ethanol extract was isolated and purified by solvent extraction method, the normal phase silica gel column chromatography and semi-preparative HPLC. Four lignans were isolated, and their structures were identified as 6′-hydroxy justicidin B(1), justicidin B(2), justicidin A(3) are justicidin C(4).
