【摘要】 建立了一种顶空-气相色谱方法以测定地表水中乙醛的实验方法，同时对方法检出限、精密度、加标回收、校准曲线等进行了实验。设定的方法最低检出限为：0.1 mg/L,加标回收率为90%～100%,对0.5 mg/L、6.0 mg/L和20.0 mg/L低中高3种浓度进行紧密度试验时，RSD为1.0%～12.2%。结果表明：顶空-气相色谱法测定地表水中乙醛方法简单快捷、灵敏度高、准确性和重现性好，适用于环境监测机构对地表水中乙醛的测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 The method for the determination of acetaldehyde in surface water by headspace-gas chromatography was established. The detection limit, precision, recovery and calibration curve were tested. The detection limit of this method was 0.1 mg/L; the recovery was 90%～100%. The RSD was 1.0%～12.2% for the concentration of 0.5 mg/L, 6.0 mg/L and 20.0 mg/L. The results show that headspace gas chromatography is a simple and rapid method for the determination of acetaldehyde in water with high sensitivity, accuracy and reproducibility, which is suitable for the determination of acetaldehyde in surface water by environmental monitoring.更多还原
