涂覆式刺扎自密封轮胎涂层对轮胎性能的影响

【摘要】 研究涂覆式刺扎自密封轮胎涂层对轮胎室内高速和耐久性能、滚动阻力、噪声、均匀性、动平衡和静态气密性等相关性能的影响。结果表明:涂层对涂覆式刺扎自密封轮胎的室内高速性能、耐久性能、滚动阻力和均匀性影响不大;轮胎室内噪声有所增大,静不平衡量影响不一;在常温状态下,扎钉后能够较好地保持轮胎气密性,在低温状态下,扎钉后及时拔出,轮胎自密封性能较好,如钉子长时间停留在轮胎内,拔出后会出现不能自密封的现象。

【Abstract】 The effects of coated puncture self-sealing tire coating on related properties such as indoor high-speed and durability performance,rolling resistance,noise,uniformity,dynamic balance and static air tightness were studied. The results showed that the coating had little effect on the indoor high-speed performance,durability,rolling resistance and uniformity of the coated puncture self-sealing tire. However,The indoor noise of the tire increased,and the coating showed various effects on the static unbalance of the tire. At room temperature,the airtightness of the tire could be maintained after the nails were inserted. In the low temperature state,the tires showed good self-sealing performance after the nails were pulled out in time.If the nails stayed in the tire for a long time,the coating might not self-seal well after the nails were pulled out.
