【摘要】 调查并分析某综合类高校319名护理本科生评判性思维能力和亲社会行为的现状，并分析探讨两者间的相关性，为提高护理人才人文素养品质和培养质量提供数据支持。研究显示：护理本科生评判性思维能力总分为（271.0±29.6）分，亲社会行为总分为（86.4±12.7）分；护理本科生评判性思维能力对其亲社会行为有影响（Z=-3.101,P <0.01）；评判性思维能力总分与亲社会行为总分成正相关（r=0.179,P <0.01）。研究结果表明，护理本科生评判性思维能力相对较低，其亲社会行为相对较好，两者均有较大的提升空间。护理教育工作者应重视护理本科生评判性思维能力及亲社会行为的培养。更多还原

【Abstract】 The objective of this study is to investigate the current status of the critical thinking ability and the prosocial behavior of 319 undergraduate nursing students in a comprehensive university, explore the correlation between them,and provide data support for improving the students’ humanistic literacy and the quality of nursing program. The results showed that the total score of the students’ critical thinking ability and their pro-social behavior was (271.0±29.6) and (86.4±12.7) respectively; their critical thinking ability did have an impact on their pro-social behavior(Z =-3.101, P < 0.01); there existed a positive correlation between their critical thinking ability and their pro-social behavior(r = 0.179, P < 0.01). These findings suggest that the critical thinking ability of undergraduate nursing students is comparatively weak, their pro-social behavior is relatively sound, and both of them needs to be improved, and that nursing educators should pay greater attention to cultivating and enhancing students’ critical thinking ability and pro-social behavioral tendency.更多还原
