【Abstract】 Under the background of the new era, high quality economic development is an inevitable choice for urban development. The alumni economy dominated by “cities, universities and alumni” provides a large amount of technology, capital and talent resources for urban economic development, thus it becomes a new engine to promote high-quality development of urban economy. To activate the potential resource of alumni economy and to provide new impetus from knowledge-based economy for develop of urban economy, this paper analyzes the mechanism of alumni economy promoting high-quality economic development in the new era under Industrial Structure Optimization Theory, Sociological Structural Functionalism Theory, and Urban Space Production Theory, and it also proposes the path of alumni economy promoting high-quality economic development.更多还原
