G60科创走廊工业企业创新效率及区域差异研究

【摘要】 为了明确G60科创走廊工业企业科技创新的绩效特点,将三阶段DEA模型与Malmquist指数进行结合,剔除外部因素干扰,分别测度G60科创走廊上海、嘉兴、杭州、金华、湖州、苏州、合肥、宣城、芜湖9个市2012—2017年的工业企业创新效率与时间演进特征,并比较区域分布差异。研究发现:整体工业企业创新效率低下,且存在明显的区域差异;外部环境因素对各地区的创新效率都有不同影响,对外开放程度和工业化水平有利于减少投入冗余,而经济发展水平和政府支持力度不利于创新效率的提升;从动态演进趋势分析,全要素生产率受纯技术效率变动的制约,工业企业创新效率演变处于波动上升趋势中。

【Abstract】 To clarify the performance characteristics of scientific and technological innovation of industrial enterprises in the G60 science and technology valley, a three-stage DEA model was combined with the Malmquist index to eliminate the interference of external factors. Innovation efficiency and evolution characteristics in time of industrial enterprises in the 9 cities of G60 science and innovation valley, Shanghai, Jiaxing, Hangzhou, Jinhua, Huzhou, Suzhou, Hefei, Xuancheng, Wuhu from 2012 to 2017 were measured, and the regional distribution were compared. It is found that the industrial enterprises are low in innovation efficiency and regionally unbalanced in development; external environmental factors have different effects on the innovation efficiency in various region, and the high degree opening up and industrialization are conducive to reducing investment redundancy, while the level of economic development and government support are not conducive to the improvement of innovation efficiency; the analysis of dynamic evolution trend shows that the total factor productivity is restricted by the change of pure technical efficiency, and the evolution of innovation efficiency of industrial enterprises is in a fluctuatingly upward trend.
