表面活性剂对甲基红离解常数的影响研究
A Research of Surfactants on the Dissociation Constants and Transition Points and Transition Intervals of Methyl Red
【摘要】 文章用光谱法研究了磺化琥珀酸二辛脂钠盐、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)和聚氧乙烯醚(Brij35)三种表面活性剂对甲基红离解常数p K的影响,测定了甲基红的酸离解常数。实验结果表明:在298.15 K时,阴离子表面活性剂磺化琥珀酸二辛脂钠盐和中性离子表面活性剂聚氧乙烯醚对甲基红的p K影响较小,阳离子表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵对甲基红的p K影响较大。探索了一种新的测定指示剂变色点和变色范围的方法,即分光光度法,确定了甲基红的变色点和变色范围,为利用分光光度法进行酸碱滴定提供了可能性。
【Abstract】 The effects of dioctyl sulfosuccinate sodium salt, cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB) and polyoxyethylene ether(Brij35) on the dissociation constant PK of methyl red were studied by spectroscopy, and the acid dissociation constant of methyl red was determined. The experimental results show that the effects of dioctyl sulfosuccinate sodium salt and Brij35 on the pK values of methyl red at 298.15 K were small, while that of CTAB was obvious. A new determination method of the color change point and color change range of acid-base indicators was also discussed in this paper.
