【Abstract】 Driving by the goals of building a high-level university of science and engineering in Guangdong Province, this paper analyzes and explores the problems found in the teaching of Food Analysis from the aspects of optimizing and integrating course content, building a virtual simulation experiment teaching system, focusing on teaching key points and training young teachers, establishing comprehensive exploration experiments, and carrying out ideological and political education in practical classes.
