【Abstract】 Shitong is a classical critical work on Chinese historiography.Since modern times,with the introduction of Western modern historiography,scholars have debated on the origin,development,advantages,and disadvantages of the "traditional historiography".In such debates,Shitong became the important reference for modern scholars to evaluate the traditional historiography.Zhang Suiqing,the historian from Henan,studied Shitong deeply and creatively.His Shitong jiaoshi(Collation and Explanation of Shitong) collected many editions of Shitong,adopted different views from other scholars,which he carefully collated and integrated.His work is an important modern "proofreading work" on Shitong.更多还原
