氮氧化物排放控制方法综述
Summary of nitrogen oxide emission control methods
【摘要】 低NO_x燃烧技术是通过控制氧气浓度和反应温度降低产生的NO_x浓度,是源头控制法,主要有低过量空气燃烧、空气分级燃烧、燃料分级燃烧及烟气再循环等技术,方法相对简单,成本较低,主要缺点是适用范围较小,对设备的要求高。烟气脱硝法是末端控制法,是将NO_x还原生成氮和水,达到去除NO_x的目的,主要有选择性催化还原烟气脱硝法、选择性非催化还原烟气脱硝法、湿法烟气脱硝技术及电子束烟气脱硝技术等。目前应用比较广泛的是选择性催化还原烟气脱硝法。
【Abstract】 Low NO_x combustion technology is a source control method that reduces the concentration of NO_x generated by controlling oxygen concentration and reaction temperature. It mainly includes technologies such as low excess air combustion, air staged combustion, fuel staged combustion, and flue gas recirculation. The method is relatively simple, and the cost is relatively low. The main shortcomings are the small scope of application and high requirements for equipment. Flue gas denitrification method is a terminal control method that reduces NO_x to generate nitrogen and water to achieve the purpose of removing NO_x. It mainly includes selective catalytic reduction flue gas denitrification method, selective non catalytic reduction flue gas denitrification method, wet flue gas denitrification technology, and electron beam flue gas denitrification technology. Currently, the widely used method is selective catalytic reduction flue gas denitrification.
