【摘要】 目的 探讨调经止痛丸联合腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症的效果。方法 选取该院2019年3月—2021年3月收治的子宫内膜异位症患者90例作为研究对象，按随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组，每组45例。两组患者均接受腹腔镜手术治疗，对照组采用常规医药治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加用调经止痛丸，治疗3个月后观察性激素水平、中医症状评分，随访1年后，对比两组妊娠结局及复发率。结果 性激素水平：观察组术后其雌二醇（E₂）、卵泡刺激素（FSH）水平及黄体生成素（LH）均低于对照组（P<0.05）;中医症状积分：观察组经血颜色、腰膝酸软、下腹疼痛各项中医症状评分低于对照组（P<0.05）,差异有统计学意义；妊娠结局：观察组自然宫内妊娠率大于对照组，未妊娠率小于对照组（P<0.05）;复发率：观察组的复发率为4.44%（2/45）,对照组复发率为17.78%（8/45）,观察组复发率明显小于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 对于子宫内膜异位症腹腔镜术后患者采用调经止痛丸治疗，能够促进性激素水平得到改善，降低中医症状评分，有助于缓解妊娠结局，降低复发率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of Tiaojing Zhitong Pill（调经止痛丸） combined with endoscopic surgery on endometriosis.Methods Ninety patients with endometriosis treated in the hospital between March 2019 and March 2021 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into observation group and control group, with 45 cases in each group.Both groups received laparoscopic surgery, and the control group was treated with conventional medicine, and the observation group was additionally given Tiaojing Zhitong Pill on the basis of the control group.After 3 months of treatment, the levels of sex hormones and scores of TCM symptoms were observed.After 1 year of follow-up, the pregnancy outcomes and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of sex hormones such as estradiol（E₂）,follicle-stimulating hormone（FSH） and luteinizing hormone（LH） in the observation group after surgery were lower than those in the control group（P<0.05）.The scores of various TCM symptoms of menstrual blood color, soreness and weakness of waist and knees and lower abdominal pain were lower in the observation group than those in the control group（P<0.05）.In terms of pregnancy outcomes, the natural intrauterine pregnancy rate of the observation group was higher while the non-pregnancy rate was lower compared to that of the control group（P<0.05）.The recurrence rate（4.44%,2/45） of the observation group was significantly lower than that（17.78%,8/45） of the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion Tiaojing Zhitong Pill can promote the improvement of sex hormones, reduce the scores of TCM symptoms, help to relieve the pregnancy outcomes and reduce the recurrence rate in the treatment of patients with endometriosis after laparoscopic surgery.更多还原
