【摘要】 目的 研究参麦注射液辅助治疗老年心力衰竭的疗效及对生化指标的影响。方法 选取2018年3月至2020年5月我院收治98例老年心力衰竭的患者，按抽签法分为研究组及对照组，每组49例。对照组给予常规治疗，研究组在对照组基础上加用参麦注射液，观察两组患者疗效及生化指标。结果 研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组脑钠肽(BNP)、肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)及C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平比较(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者BNP、cTnI、CRP水平均有下降，且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)及左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)及左室射血分数(LVEF)比较(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者LVESD、LVEDD均有下降，且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);LVEF均有上升，研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率比较(P>0.05)。结论 参麦注射液辅助治疗可有效改善心功能，提高治疗效果，具有良好的安全性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the curative effect of Shenmai injection adjuvant therapy on elderly heart failure and its influence on biochemical indicators.Methods A total of 98 elderly patients with heart failure who were admitted to our hospital were selected between March 2018 and May 2020,and they were divided into study group and control group according to the lottery method, with 49 cases in each group.Control group was given conventional treatment, and study group was additionally treated with Shenmai injection on the basis of control group.The curative effect and biochemical indicators were observed in the two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of study group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).There were no differences in the levels of brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),cardiac troponin I(cTnI)and C-reactive protein(CRP)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, the levels of BNP,cTnI,and CRP of the two groups of patients were decreased, and the levels of study group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Before treatment, the differences in left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)were not statistically significant between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, LVESD and LVEDD were reduced in the two groups of patients, and the two indexes of study group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).LVEF was increased, and the LVEF in study group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The incidence rates of complications were not comparable between the two groups, with no differences(P>0.05).Conclusion Shenmai injection adjuvant therapy can effectively improve the cardiac function and enhance the therapeutic effect, and it has good safety.更多还原
