【摘要】 目的 分析低分子肝素联合气压治疗预防外科术后患者下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)。方法 选取2015-2016年于南阳市中心医院进行外科手术的76例患者，随机分为对照组(n=34例)与研究组(n=42例)。对照组给予气压治疗，研究组在气压治疗基础上联合低分子肝素治疗。比较两组术后下肢DVT发生率、凝血功能及不良反应发生情况。结果 研究组下肢DVT发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后两组凝血酶原与活化部分凝血活酶时间相对于术前显著延长(P<0.05),且研究组时间长于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 低分子肝素联合气压治疗可有效防止外科手术后患者发生下肢DVT,改善机体凝血功能，有助于促进术后病情恢复，推荐使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of Low molecular weight heparin combined with pneumatic compression therapy against lower extremity deep venous thrombosis(DVT)following surgical operation.Methods Seventy-six patients underwent surgical operation in Nanyang Central Hospital from 2015 to 2016 were enrolled, and randomly divided into two groups.Control group(n=34)received pneumatic compression therapy, while study group(n=42)received pneumatic compression therapy combined with low molecular weight heparin.The incidence of DVT,coagulation function and adverse reactions were compared between groups.Results The incidence of DVT in lower limbs of study group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The prothrombin time and activated partial thromboplastin time was prolonged after operation in both groups(P<0.05),and were longer in study group than in control group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the adverse reaction rate between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Low-molecular-weight heparin combined with pneumatic compression therapy can effectively prevent lower extremity DVT,improve the body′s blood coagulation function, and promote postoperative recovery for patients with surgical operation.更多还原
