【摘要】 目的 分析骨伤手法联合腹针治疗颈型颈椎病的临床效果。方法 选择医院2018年10月-2020年7月诊治的颈型颈椎病患者82例。根据治疗方法不同分为对照组(n=39)和观察组(n=43)。对照组患者接受腹针治疗，观察组患者接受骨伤手法联合腹针治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、颈椎曲度、疼痛和颈椎功能障碍和不良反应。结果 观察组患者临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后，两组患者疼痛(VAS)和颈椎功能障碍(NDI)评分较治疗前减小，颈椎曲度较治疗前增加；其中观察组患者疼痛(VAS)和颈椎功能障碍(NDI)评分小于对照组(P<0.05),颈椎曲度大于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者食欲下降、四肢乏力等不良反应率高于对照组(P>0.05),差异比较无统计学意义。结论 骨伤手法联合腹针治疗颈型颈椎病能明显提升临床疗效，减少疼痛，改善颈椎功能，建议使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of orthopedic manipulation combined with abdominal acupuncture in the treatment of cervical spondylopathy.Methods A total of 82 patients with cervical spondylopathy in our hospital from October 2018 to July 2020 were enrolled, and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods, with 39、43 cases.Control group received abdominal acupuncture, while observation group received orthopedic manipulation.Then the clinical efficacy, cervical curvature, pain, cervical dysfunction and adverse reactions were compared between groups.Results The total clinical efficacy rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment, there was a decrease in Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)and Neck Disabilitv Index(NDI)scores, and an increase in cervical curvature in both groups, and observation group had lower VAS and NDI scores as well as larger cervical curvature than those of control group, with statistic difference(all P<0.05).The adverse reactions such as decreased appetite and weakness of the limbs in observation group were slightly higher than those in control group, with no statistic difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Application of orthopedic manipulation combined with abdominal acupuncture in the treatment of cervical spondylopathy can effectively alleviate the pain degree and ameliorate the cervical function, which is worthy of recommendation.更多还原
