【摘要】 研究旨在评价三黄连散对罗非鱼的安全性，选择150尾健康的罗非鱼，随机分为5组，分别为对照组和1、3、5、10倍推荐剂量组，每组3个重复，每个重复10尾鱼。试验期14 d。三黄连散拌料连续给药7 d，分别于第8 d和第15 d检查各组器官指数、血液生理指标、血液生化指标和肝脾组织病理学的变化。结果显示，各组的器官指数均无显著差异（P>0.05）；三黄连散可显著降低罗非鱼的平均红细胞体积（P<0.05）；各剂量组肝脏、肾脏功能良好；三黄连散以推荐剂量的10倍亦未引起细胞毒性变化。研究表明，三黄连散在1～10倍推荐剂量下饲喂7 d安全可靠，无毒副作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The experiment was to evaluate the safety of Sanhuanglian powder to Oreochromis mossambicus. 150 healthy Oreochromis mossambicus were selected and randomly divided into five groups, namely the control group and 1, 3, 5 and 10 times of recommended dose group, with three replicates in each group and 10 fish in each replicate. The test period was 14 d. Sanhuanglian powder was given continuously for 7 d. On the 8 th and 15 th day, the organ indexes, blood physiological indexes, blood biochemical indexes and histopathological changes of liver and spleen each group were examined. The results showed that there was no significant difference in organ indexes among groups(P>0.05), Sanhuanglian powder could significantly reduce the mean red blood cell volume(MCV) of Oreochromis mossambicus(P<0.05), the liver and kidney function of each dose group was good, and the metabolism of the body was accelerated, and the 10-fold dose did not cause cytotoxicity. The study indicates that Sanhuanglian Powder is safe and reliable when fed for seven days at a dose of 1～10 times the recommended dose, and has no toxic and side effects.更多还原
