沈阳地区春季豌豆彩潜蝇及其寄生蜂复合种群消长动态
Population Dynamics of Parasitoids Attacking Pea Leaf Miner Chromatomyia horticola (Goureau) (Diptera Agromyzidae) During Spring Season in Shenyan Area
【摘要】 为了解春季豌豆寄生蜂复合种群的消长及其对豌豆彩潜蝇的控制效果,明确潜蝇寄生蜂的保护利用价值。2019年、2020年和2021年春季,对沈阳师范大学有机蔬菜创新技术研发基地露地豌豆田的豌豆彩潜蝇及其寄生蜂复合种群进行了调查。结果表明,沈阳地区5月上旬始见豌豆彩潜蝇幼虫虫道,6月中旬前后种群数量达到峰值;豌豆彩潜蝇的寄生蜂有潜蝇姬小蜂、芙新姬小蜂、攀金姬小蜂等14种寄生蜂,其中优势度最高的为潜蝇姬小蜂,3年平均占比高达78.2%;寄生蜂复合种群对豌豆彩潜蝇有较好控制作用,寄生蜂虫道数与豌豆彩潜蝇幼虫数量呈现出极显著的相关关系(P<0.01)。
【Abstract】 In order to determine the population dynamics of the parasitoids population and their control effects on Chromatomyia horticola(Goureau) during spring season in Shenyang, and to clarify the conservation value of the parasitoids. The C. horticola and its parasitoid complex populations were investigated in the spring of 2019, 2020 and 2021 in open field of peas at the Center for Organic Vegetable Innovation Technology Research and Development of Shenyang Normal University. The results showed that the larvae mines of C. horticola were found in Shenyang in early May, and the population reached the peak around mid-June. There are 14 parasitoids of C. horticola include Diglyphus isaea(Walker), Neochrysocharis formosa(Westwood) and Chrysocharis pentheus(Walker), among which D. isaea has the highest dominance, accounting for an average of 78.2% in three years. The population dynamics of parasitoids fluctuated closely with C. horticola(P<0.01) suggesting that the former had significant controlling effects on the latter.
