【摘要】 乡村振兴关键靠人，新乡贤助力乡村振兴既是对传统乡绅文化的继承，又是对新时代乡村治理现状的回应。在助力乡村发展的过程中，新乡贤能够促进基层协商民主、提升乡村经济发展水平、涵养社会主义核心价值观及创新乡村治理模式，从而实现自身价值。尽管新乡贤助力乡村振兴存在着一定的优势，但仍需要从政策扶持、平台搭建、人才培育及新乡贤文化弘扬几个方面构建完善的举措，保证新乡贤在乡村振兴中发挥积极的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Rural revitalization depends on people. The new rural talents promoting rural revitalization not only inherits the traditional gentry culture,but also responds to the current situation of rural governance in the new era. In the process of promoting rural development,the new rural talents can promote grassroots deliberative democracy,improve the level of rural economic development,cultivate socialist core values and innovate rural governance mode,so as to realize their own value.
