吸附协同紫外光降解餐饮油烟实验研究
【摘要】 研究了不同滤料在不同风速下对于滤料协同紫外光解技术降解餐饮油烟效果的影响,主要从滤料的计重过滤效率、容油量和滤料阻力3个方面的过滤性能来探究最佳的滤料选择。实验结果表明,在风速取18 m/s,滤料相对油烟流动方向的倾斜角度为60°,滤料材质选用玻璃纤维时,其对应的3个方面的过滤性能最佳,计重过滤效率达到97.32%,容油量达到208.276 g/m2,滤料阻力达到0.075 kPa。
【Abstract】 This paper studies the influence of different filter materials at different wind speeds with UV photolysis on the degradation of cooking oil fume,and explores the best filter material selection from the three aspects of filter performance of filter materials: filtration efficiency,oil capacity and resistance of filter materials. The experimental results show that when the wind speed is 18 m/s,the tilt angle of the filter material relative to the direction of oil smoke flow is 60°,the filter material is glass fiber,the corresponding three aspects of filtration performance is the best,respectively,the weight filtration efficiency reaches 97.32%,the oil capacity reaches 208.276 g/m2,the filter material resistance reaches 0.075 k Pa.
