【Abstract】 Integrating health and social care(Integrated Care) for older people is an important way for China to cope with the rapid aging of the population. The survey of 712 institutions or units for integrated care in China were analyzed from January 2012 to January 2022. By integrating the experience in the survey process, 7 consensus questions were formed after classification and induction.
