【摘要】 目的 使用防跌防坠宣传磁吸板对住院老年患者进行个性化健康教育，强化住院老年患者对自身危险因素的认知度，减少跌倒的发生。方法 选取在我院老年医学科五个病区住院的老年患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，比较两组老年患者入院时与出院时对自身跌倒危险因素的认知度，比较两组患者跌倒发生率的差异。结果 两组患者对自身跌倒危险因素认知度比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组患者跌倒发生率比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 使用防跌防坠宣传磁吸板对住院老年患者进行个性化健康教育，能提高患者对自身跌倒危险因素的认知度，自觉配合实施跌倒预防的各项安全措施，提高措施实施的依从性，降低跌倒的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To provide personalized health education to elderly inpatients, strengthen the awareness of their own risk factors, and reduce the occurrence of falls.Methods Elderly patients hospitalized in five wards of our geriatric department were randomly divided into control group and observation group to compare the difference between the two groups. Results The awareness of fall risk factors between control and observation group(P<0.01). The incidence of falls was compared between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Personalized health education of magnetic suction board can improve their awareness of fall risk factors, consciously cooperate with the implementation of various safety measures for fall prevention, improve the compliance of measures, and reduce the occurrence of falls.更多还原
