【Abstract】 Building a precision old-age care system is not only a requirement for urban older persons to lead a valuable, dignified, and equal life, but also a proposition of the times that conforms to the modernization of urban social governance. Steps to build such a framework are as follows: precisely choosing people to be cared, drawing up a list of care needs, developing a care model and designing a care index system. The system include two aspects, namely core operation and peripheral security. The former refers to measures and strategies directly related to precision care, mainly emphasizing care implementation through grid dynamic management; the latter refers to the mechanism safeguarding normal operation of precision care, which includes the resource configuration mechanism, the environmental adjustment mechanism, and the evaluation and supervision mechanism.更多还原
