【摘要】 随着科技兴国战略的不断推行，新型智库建设越来越起着至关重要的作用。通过设计调查问卷的方式，对我国现有智库建设质量状况的分析，从资源基础、政府管理、成果质量、人才机制、成果转化五个方面研究江苏省新型智库建设质量的现状，并提出相应的提升对策，为以后智库建设的质量提升提供指导性意见，将江苏高校打造成全国知名、特色鲜明的品牌智库。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the continuous implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and technology, the construction of new think tanks is playing a more and more important role. Through the design of questionnaires, this paper analyzes the construction quality of China’s existing think tanks, studies the current situation of the construction quality of new think tanks in Jiangsu Province from five aspects: resource base, government management,achievement quality, talent mechanism and achievement transformation, and puts forward corresponding improvement countermeasures, so as to provide guiding opinions for the improvement of the construction quality of think tanks in the future, Build Jiangsu Universities into a nationally famous and distinctive brand think tank.更多还原
