【摘要】 伴随企业社会责任运动而渐生的社会责任异化现象日益吸引国内外研究人员关注。文章通过文本挖掘进行系统性理论回顾，拓展了企业社会责任异化研究的维度，弥合了既有文献的分歧。文章所做的工作包括：（1）比较了企业社会责任异化行为的三种表现，包括社会责任缺失、伪社会责任和社会责任寻租；（2）解析了促使企业异化行为产生与持续的五个前提假设，即企业异质性、偏好导向、内生模糊性、信息不对称、内外环境鸿沟；（3）提出了一个可实践的、基于学习的、持续改进的行为治理模型；（4）明确了模型使用过程中应当贯彻的四个原则，即突破信息不对称、促进成果可视化、进行适度与宏观控制、抓住关键少数。文章把握异化行为的共性，提供了企业社会责任异化行为预防与预警、治理与恢复的新角度，以期为未来相关研究提供有价值的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The phenomenon of CSR alienation, which has emerged with the CSR movement, has increasingly attracted the attention of scholars both home and abroad. This article conducts a systematically theoretical review through text exploration to expand the dimensions of CSR alienation research and bridge the controversy among the existing literature. The work we have done are as follows: first, compare three manifestations of CSR alienation behaviors, including corporate social irresponsibility, corporate hypocritical-social responsibility and social responsibility rent seeking; second, analyze five hypotheses that contribute to the emergence and development of the three CSR alienation behaviors, namely, corporate heterogeneity, preference orientation, inherent ambiguity, information asymmetry and the gap between internal and external environments; third, propose a practicable, learning-based, and continuously improved behavior governance model; fourth, define four principles that should be complies with when using the model: breaking the information asymmetry, promoting visualization of results, conducting moderate and macro control, and capturing key minorities. The paper grasps the commonality of alienation behaviors and provides a new perspective on the prevention-warning and governance-recovery of CSR alienation behaviors to provide valuable references for future related researches.更多还原
