【Abstract】 On the Ceremony Celebrating One Hundred Years’ Anniversary of the Communist Party of China, Xi Jinping put forward the great founding spirit of the CPC, which is comprised of the principles of upholding truth, clinging to ideals, practicing the original aspiration, shouldering the mission, being ready to make sacrifice, fighting bravely, being loyal to the CPC, being faithful to the people. It is the great spiritual power that the Chinese Communists led people in the process of revolution, reform and practice, and it is also the core of spirit pedigree for Chinese Communists. The fundamental task of contemporary colleges and universities is to strengthen moral education and cultivate people, which should be based on virtue. The great founding spirit of the CPC is the newest value standard of moral education. This paper discusses the practice path to take the lead in strengthening moral education and cultivating people under the leadership of the great founding spirit of the CPC in the aspects of the scientific connotation of great founding spirit of the CPC, the significance of the fundamental task of strengthening moral education and cultivating people, and the guidance of the practice of strengthening moral education and cultivating people.更多还原
